Isabelle Ranney writes slow burn spice-free romance that always has a happy ending.

Growing up in coastal New England, she earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in

American History and brought history to life as a curator and educator in historic

homes and museums. She has worked with historical clothing from a variety of time

periods and can tell you a lot more about what was trendy a hundred years ago than

today. She currently lives in upstate New York with her husband, two daughters, and

four cats. When she’s not writing, Isabelle is singing, reading, watching Hallmark

movies, and spending time with her family. She would love to find an old archway and

travel back in time.
